Each order is carefully packed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s on the way.
Please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives to keep everything fresh.

Pickup orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.

As inventory isn’t stored at our pickup location, please come only after you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email. Pickup is free—enjoy.

Returns — All sales are final
Because we work with food and beverage products, we’re unable to accept returns once items have left our care. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and ensure that every product we ship remains fresh, sealed, and uncompromised.

If your order arrives damaged or if something isn’t right, please contact us at hi@honeysicecream.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We’ll review it right away and do our best to make it right.

Is Honey’s Café inventory fresh?
Yes. We order directly from our trusted vendors right after you place your order, so you’ll always receive the freshest inventory possible.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. You can choose free pickup at our Honey’s Ice Cream store in Midtown NYC. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final to ensure food safety and freshness. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, please email hi@honeysicecream.com and we’ll take care of it.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. For now, we ship within the U.S. only.

How should I store matcha and café products?
Keep matcha sealed and away from heat, light, and humidity for the best flavor and color. Café tools can be washed and stored as usual.

Where can I try Honey’s Ice Cream in person?
You can visit us at Bear Donut in Midtown NYC, where Honey’s Ice Cream is freshly served. Check our Instagram @honeys.nyc for current hours and seasonal flavors.

Are Honey’s Café items vegan or plant-based?
Many of our matcha and home café items are naturally plant-based. Please check each product description for details.
